Hi Some one said there wasn't a copyright on the rules. The one I saw had the copyright on it, and assigned to Elecraft. Now what ever that means, but in my back country logic it would mean that Elecraft could do with them what ever they wanted. Doesn't mean my logic is always good though. Marty kd8bj
