Further to Helm's comments I'd like to add:

1. Why not make all legal bands applicable.

2. Also here in the UK the top end of 40 Meters is 7.100 so that knocks the
UK out of SSB working on 40. I think that others in Europe also have that
restriction.

3. The awards seem a bit US-centric in respect of  "Top 5 US and top 5 DX" -
I presume by that, DX means "everybody except the US?" - Is that because the
US has the majority of kits?
