The so-called "WARC" bands (30, 17 and 12 meters) have been excluded
from all contests as far as I know - to the tremendous relief of the
thousands and thousands of "non-contesters" out there who don't
appreciate wading through piles of QRM looking for a rag chew or being
clobbered by points-chasers while trying to keep a sched with a buddy.
