I would like to clear a few things up before this gets out of hand.


Kevin was having problems obtaining the rules because his browser (opera)
does not handle FTP correctly if the server is not setup the way his
browser expects it to.  This led to Rod posting a copy at his web site.
Rod did not offer to do this he just did it.  I then asked Rod to remove it
since I was soon going to make them available via HTTP and I thought that
it would led to confusion over where the latest rules could be found.  
Rod refused stating that they were not copyrighted and he could do whatever 
he wanted with them and ignored my concerns about the source.  So I added a 
copyright and assigned rights to Elecraft, Inc.  End of story.


The rules are now available at http://www.linuxcolumbus.com/eqp.pdf .  If
you have any problems obtaining a copy then please send me a note directly
and I will either figure out what the problem is our send you the latest
copy directly.


I'm now working on some FAQ's based on the questions asked.  When they are
ready they will be available in the same pdf file.
