I was wondering the same thing.  Why would he make the rules to the contest secret?  He put it on a site that only works with a few browsers and then restricts the 
information when someone kindly offered to post it.  Very strange.  At least I have a copy of the rules currently in effect.  But, these are the rules that disallow anyone 
without either a K1 or a K2 to enter.  I thought Wayne was going to change that so people without a K1 or K2 could enter.  Has anyone been able to obtain an updated 
version of the rules?  If so can I get a copy off line since they are not to be publicly posted?
