I suspect this is just a misunderstanding. We certainly do not want this 
information to be restricted or copyrighted. Pat is just helping get this set 
up and we will be posting the finalized information on the Elecraft web page 
shortly. We will -not- be placing any restrictions on its reposting.

Let's hold off further discussion of the copyright topic for the moment. Wayne 
and I will discuss it with Pat to find out what he meant and get it all 
straightened out. :^)
