[Elecraft] Swapping K1 tops

Hi

The battery does not mount on the top in the K1. The speaker and battery
mount on a sub chassis and the top just sits on the speaker. The top is held
on by a tab on the front and 2 thumb screws on the back. The sub chassis is
hard wired to the RF board but you could add connectors to make it
removable. Be sure to put the female connector on the wires to the RF board
so the connector pins will not short to anything in the K1 when the battery
option is removed and remember to remove the batteries or turn off the
battery switch before removing the battery option and switching tops.
