[Elecraft] Allignment Part II Problems Solved.

Just wanted to drop a line to thank all of you who gave me input on my
problems with no audio. It turned out Q22 and T6 had cold solder joints.
Fixed these problems, and now 40 meters is filled with signals. Now, on
to Part III
