The K2 does not have a notch filter; you didn't miss it.

I think you will find that a notch is most useful on SSB and other wide
bandwidth modes. On CW, you just tighten up the filter to get rid of
undesired signals.

Many people use an outboard DSP filter to get rid of the sort of signals
that a notch is effective against.  The downside is that if the carrier you
are trying to get rid of is stronger than the desired signal, the AGC (if
on) will be activated by the undesired signal.
