Not any more, mate!  OK, you can still get 75_Ohm cable, but the majority
have been using 50_Ohm stuff for years and years. The Germans used to use a
lot of 60_Ohm stuff as a sort of compromise, but that's not at all easy to
get hold of these days. In the Netherlands I would dare to say that 99.98%
use 50_Ohm stuff.
