[Elecraft] KPA100 troubleshooting

Hi Leo:
Forgive me if you have already addressed this, but have you done the temp
calibration(CAL tPA)? If the fan is running on high speed all the time and
power is limited to the K2 only power, then there may be something telling
it the temp is very high... even if it is not. Could be an area to look at.
