[Elecraft] KPA100 troubleshooting

I measured the VRFDET voltage, it's 0.35 ~0,62 V @ 5~18 W troughput. Given
the 0~4 V in the table 4 of the manual this would suggest that these are QRO
values, meaning that either the SCALE line is out of order or the fets Q10
and 11 have blown.

I checked the run from U6 pin 6 through the flat-cable up to the K2, that 's
ok. As the K2 works fine with the KAT2, I assume that there's nothing wrong
at the K2 end.

Another thing: the blower starts running at full power after power-on, I can
change the menu settings but it keeps running full rev.
