[Elecraft] confused with all mods k2

With all the modifications for the k2 that are out there i just dont know
where to start. I am trying to keep this rig as close to the original design
as possible so i dont want to put every mod into it.

I have k2 s/n 2444 and purchased the kat2 at the same time. Last week i
purchased and received the ksb2 ssb module and have yet to build it.

My manual states it is REV C. I am becoming somewhat confused with all the
mods for below s/n 3000 and rev a to b etc.

With my equipment what do i need to install (basics) to get it up to par?
