[Elecraft] 12-V power supply caution

Well, I'm one of those foreigners who has to multiply by 12*2.54 every
time I hear about a foot, but this time I am a bit surprised. I thought
cardboard was a kind of paper, I mean a thick kind of paper. I never
knew that it would help against magnetic or electric fields. Someone
please explain this!
