[Elecraft] RP3 Front Panel Parts Subsitution?

I'm building a K2 (3000 series) and am now putting together the=
 front 
panel assembly.  I'm at the very end of this process, where you=
 are 
told if you have the SSB kit that you should complete the=
 placement 
of the relevant SSB parts on the front panel board.  In checking=
 the 
parts with those listed in the SSB kit manual, I find one=
 discrepancy 
that I'm concerned about.   

The manual calls for part# 77083103, but the only RP not=
 otherwise 
accounted for is part# L83C103 151

MY QUESTION:  IS THIS AN EQUIVALENT PART?
