[Elecraft] EQP Logger - By design, no I/O features

It would be nice for the EQP Logger program to work with the K2 I/O
facility. But this is only the first release and that has not been
designed into the program. I have forwarded this idea to the logger
designer in hopes that he might have it set up for next year's running of
the EQP. Remember that he had done this as FREEWARE for your convenience
and has spent more than a few hours wringing it out. The logger is pretty
slick, but it is not an all-feature program. Still, I think you will find
this release quite useable.
