Well, the intent of the power division rule is this:
0 to 5.0w gets you 3 pts per QSO
5.1w to 10.0w gets you 2 pts per QSO
10.1 to 100.0w gets you 1 pt per QSO
Over 100w gets you nothing!
I am gonna use what the power meter on my K2 sez I am running. Will set
it to 5.0w and take 3 pts per Q. I know, some of you are gonna say that
the K2 power meter is not accurate enough. Well, I'm not that much of a
purist. I set it up per the manual and I figure that's good enough for
this activity. Besides, I don't have any other way of measuring power.
Remember this is all run on the honor system and you're supposed to have
fun with this activity. Its NOT a Sprint! Take minute to say 'Thanks' and
so forth.... greet you contact by name if you remember it. Be friendly
and enjoy.
