14, 2001, states:
"The new procedure is done only on 40 meters-- it can be anywhere in the
band."

| The rev D manual (>3000 K2s) says the "d" is shown when the
| CPU stores the calibration data from CAL PLL, so it's not
| a problem. I guess they put that in so you wouldn't think
| nothing was happening while waiting for several minutes!

| I did not get an answer yet about whether CAL PLL should
| be done on 7100.10, or if it is now anywhere from 7000-7100.
| I know I calibrated mine (31xx serial) on 7000 and I don't
| experience the glitches.
