[Elecraft] EH antenna??

Stuart, et.al.;

   Been watching this EH thread with quite some interest. I don't have an
EH antenna, but my curiosity is peaked. Seems the best way to actually
evaluate the antenna is to get one and put it up and switch between it
and *what you've already got* (bearing in mind that there might be
different lobe patterns between the two, so WHO you end up talking to
on the two antennas might be different). If it gets you new and
interesting contacts, or increases the performance of some sked
circuit, then cool!

   I don't recall if it was on this reflector or on one of the testimonial
web sites, but somewhere someone mentioned a bunch of folks in a
retirement park got back on the air with these li'l gizmos. Gotta be a
good thing from that perspective.

   I love my hobby ...

p.s if there's anyone in the LA/SBDO/Riverside area who's unhappy with
their EH antenna and wants to recoup some of their cost, let me know cuz I
wanna try it up against my HS1500 on my itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny
ground-floor apartment patio.
