Hello Tim,

...best way to clean resin/flux off boards

=use a toothbrush or stiff bristles on a brush or Q-tip (don't use a
steel brush)
  while using Isopropyl or Rubbing Alcohol
=Then rinse board in warm water, don't soak it.  Then lay board down to
air dry or dry them quicker by holding them in your hand, then swing it
back and forth.
