[Elecraft] switch emulation commands needed

I have a few of these from Wayne, and also the programming manual in pdf.
However, when converted into text for reading, the switch emulation
commands table and two-switch combinations table were completely scrambled.

Would someone out there be willing to type those and send them to me?

Going to try writing a text-based k2 control program for other blind ops.

TIA  for any help.
