[Elecraft] elecraft comes through again

Have been playing around trying to set my filters for three or four days
now.  Thanks to Don Wilhelm, and Wayne, slowly making progress.
This is harder than it seems, as I am totally blind and have to use the
k2programming commands and a terminal program to read the display.

Well, hit a wall, no freq counter cable connected.  My fault, forgot to
send it to Alan Price when he upgraded and alligned the rig.

Anyway, I poked around but couldn't find the correct places to connect it.
Will solve that tomorrow night when the elmer comes over.

Had no receive on 40m.  Did a little quick troubleshooting, and found that
the rant was turned on.

Thanks to Wayne, had enough commands to get into the menus, and find and
turn off the rant selection.

Tomorrow, will get the filters alligned when Jeff is over.

Thanks Wayne, Don, and Alan.  You've all been a big help.
