[Elecraft] Help, I think I've killed my K1

Although it seems you are correct you popped something in the K1, I can only
urge everyone to learn from this the following:
Do not place rigs atop each other if they have aluminum or plastic cases
and antenna tuners, as there may be considerable magnetic field coupling of
the tuned circuits leading to overload of the standby rig.
Do not even place an ATU atop a rig, for the same reason if the ATU has
solenoid rather than toroid coils. Some field even escapes toroid coils so
having space between rig tuned circuits and Transmatch circuits is
desirable.
The above problems of magnetic coupling can be lessened by Mu Metal magnetic
shielding of Tuned networks but that is very expensive metal.
The most likely thing to go in a receiver from overload are the input
circuits including any fine wire coils, and the mixer or RF amplifier stage.
IF the circuit did include protective diodes, there is a possibility of
shorted diode from an overload.
Grounding the unused rig inputs of spare rig is done by some antenna
selector switches, but I have even measured some considerable signal across
those on the unused port.
