are really fascinating. I would hate to think this stuff gets lost in
history. does anyone know a good book that tells more of such details and
the history and actual cw practices used in military and commercial cw
operations up through the 1960's? Thanks for any help. Tim=0D

I've asked several folks who say they were shipboard/shorestation/landlin=
e=0D
CW ops if they would write down some memories so that they don't get lost=
=0D
and that they could be put on the web.....and the only person who ever=0D
took me up on the request and offer of free space was a WWII sub radioman=
=2E=0D
=0D
His memories are at http://www.zerobeat.net/submarine/index.html=0D

I wish the CW guys would respond, as I'd hate to think that their persona=
l=0D
experiences and history will vanish because of inaction.=0D
