[Elecraft] No K2 Output

Hi gang, well I need more help with the building of K2 #3232.  Basically, I
completed all the construction and all resistance tests checked out.  The
receive seems to work fine as evidenced by the 40m RX test and alignment,
however when I get to the transmitter tests I'm having problems.

When I set up to do the 40m Transmitter alignment, here is what happens.  I=

I set power to 2W and key down, I get 0.1W output.  My RX voltage/current i=

13.2/0.22 and TX 13.2/0.56.

I started the trouble shooting section and in the receiver tests I get:

PLL Ref. Oscillator and VCO

    Pin 1 U4 =3D 0.9 (OK)
    VCO Pin 3 U3=3D0.4 (OK)
    VCO Buff Pin 6 U3=3D0.6 (OK)

BFO Output:  Out Pin 6 U11=3D 0.3 (OK)
            Buffer=3D 0.04 (OK)

Low-pass filter/ band pass/ T-R switch; Mixer, IF Amp, Crstal Filter: can't
do as I don't have a signal generator.

AGC

    RF Max Pin 1 U2=3D3.6 (OK)
    RF Min Pin 1 U2=3D4.6 (OK)
    AGC Sat can't do no signal generator

Product Detector and AF Amp

    Can't do no signal generator

IF Amp Noise Gain:
   =20
    I can't get a Vrms reading as my meter doesn=B9t seem to read Vrms

Transmitter:

Basic Voltage Check

I get   D6 on RX of 7.7V
        D7 on RX of 7.7V (Key down)
        D10 voltage 13.6
        Key down power 0.1 (Power dial set to 2W)

Also checking the control board Sidetone check of U6 Pin 25 I get 0VRMS
although I find this odd as the sidetown works ok and I can hear and adjust
the audio side tone and keyer speed.

Moving on:

ALC

    U8 Pin 2=3D5.0V (key down, WAY OFF VALUE)

I stopped at this point as the trouble shooting guide implies that the
transmitter section is not working at all.

Where do I go from here?  I'm of a totally non electronics background and
need step by step coaching on where to look next and what to do next.  Any
help would be appreciated!!!  Please email me direct richlim11@yahoo.com.
