[Elecraft] ot: sliderules, a new twist

All this talk about sliderules makes me remember my old standby calculating
device.   The japanese abacus.  used to be taught in all the schools for
the blind.  Used to just laugh at all my sighted friends when their
batteries would die or they would push a wrong button on their calculators.
 I still keep one in the drawer at the computer setup.

The math department, here at Ball State, just about had a cow when I did
calculus and trig using the abacus and a brailled out trig table. But, that
was a long time ago.
