They can be a bear!  If you think that bail on the K2 is hard, try the
"short" bail for the KAT100! ;-)

What I did was mount one foot (both screws loose) and then mount the
second foot with only one screw.  Get the bail into the "loose" feet and
then put the second screw into the second foot and tighten all
screws.  BTW: nice call.  I bet you get more comments on that one than I
do on mine!
