[Elecraft] respect of persons

Hey Thom and others,

This is being a gentleman!

"Such a throwback I am...I still offer to open doors for women...."

In my humble opinion (IMHO) the ladies should learn to appreciate this
assertiveness from men. No matter how old or young they are or feel they
look.

IF I ever go on a date, I consider being a gentleman as a sign of a
professional (such as serving) and someone who has the actions that shows
he cares.

But when I am not on a date, I just open the door, or if a lady walks in
after everyone is seated, I try to be the first to offer her my seat,
even if she turns it down the first time, reassuring her that I would
just be fine and dandy sitting on the floor, allowing her to take my
seat.

If there is any girl/woman who feels like telling me I'm missing
something. Please feel free to mention it. To all: I am not easily
offended, by 'rudeness'!
