Go to http://www.npr.org/worldwide/shortwave.html (NPR) for a program
schedule and frequencies of the U.S. Armed Forces Network.  Unlike most
shortwave broadcasts, these originate from U.S. Navy transmitters operating
on upper side band.  Occassionally the frequency of these broadcasts change.
The military website http://myafn.dodmedia.osd.mil/radio/shortwave/ for AFN
often has frequency changes posted well before the NPR site does.

You'll have to ignore the fact that in the frequency table on the NPR site
they confuse MHz and KHz, and don't know the difference between a MHz and a
mHz.  I've sent them e-mail on it months ago and was told that they'd have
to contact someone to get the proper conversions!

You might also want to pick up a copy of Monitoring Times or Popular
Communications for more general shortwave info.
