[Elecraft] K2 acting strange

Both of my K2s do this once in awhile when DX4WIN initializes upon
loading. I just press either the BAND+ or BAND- key and it starts working.
I have never seen either of mine semi-mute when DX4WIN or WriteLog were
not enabled.
