[Elecraft] DX4Win and K2

I've been using DX4Win with my K2 for the past couple of months.  The only
thing you must remember to do is to double-click on DX spots TWICE, or the
mode may not be set properly.  The mode is ALWAYS set properly on the second
double-click.

Some other logging programs, such as WriteLog, support the K2 natively and
work perfectly with it.
