[Elecraft] Need info on K2 bus

I am putting together my first K2 and the control display test section =
is
not working.  I been through the components and connection several =
times.
My display show "ELE"and the bar graph has only the 4th bar from the =
left
lighted.  Also I can not switch the display with the display PB.

The voltages are good on U2, but inconsistent on U3 and U4.  I would =
like
more information on the bus signals SR WRT, 5A, SR CK, SR DOUT.  My =
guess is
U3 or U4 is defective, but I don't have any replacements to substitute.
Also, if someone could enlighten me about the LCD data input and how it =
is
connected to the bus.
