[Elecraft] Wire gauge for Toroids

The inductance of a coil depends on the core, diameter, number of turns, and
length of the coil.  If a different wire size is used, the resultant
inductance will change because the final length of the coil will be
different.  So wire size does enter into the inductance formula because it
affects the length of the coil.
