Having just been there, I'd recommend removing and rewinding T4. I =

believe the links were causing the problem, I ended up putting them in=20
*before* installing the transformer, keeping the routing pretty similar=20
on both sides and generally keeping everything as symmetric as possible.=

I admit that I may have mis-wound T4.
