Good Evening,
   The sunspot numbers are up a bit from last week so I am hoping the propagation will 
be a bit stronger.  Then we can practice relaying messages and check ins around the 
US and Canada (and any where else that wants to join in on the fun).  My hands have 
recovered so my self inflicted QRM should not be as apparant to you all ;)  
    If anyone hears AA3WF please relay him back to me.  I miss him.  I will ask more of 
you to call the net in your area as time and propagation permits to see if we can get 
any of the folks out here in the West checked in to ECN.  Please don't be shy if I ask 
you to have a go at it.  You may like it!
    I will try the net at 2300z (3PM PST) again because it did fairly well last week and 
much better than the previous two week's attempts.  If you request a contact I will try 
to ship the two of you off to an adjacent frequency so you can chat a bit.  If I can't 
get you two connected I'll see if I can find someone stronger to make the attempt.  

ECN tomorrow 2300z (3PM PST Sunday) 14050 kHz or up if QRM.
