Actually it was the truck with my new XG1 kit and N -gen kits :)

Both came today and I have not touched the N-gen but could not resist =
diving into the XG1.=20

It took slightly less than an hour to build and that was doing things =
neatly. The unit fired right up and was putting out a nice little tone =
on 40 meters. Perfect S9 on my new K2 at 50uv and a nice little quiet =
one at 1uv.

Instructions were very easy and they follow Elecraft traditional format.

Did a quick check and my Signal + Noise reading showed 1.54 vrms with a =
noise reading of .0264. If my math is correct that gives me a MDS of 142 =
!

I am not sure what Elecraft sold me more of. Interest in the hobby or a =
radio !
