[Elecraft] K2 Filter adjustment - jumpy BFO - Resolved

Hello again,

Thought I'd post the solution, just in case anyone has a similar
problem.

It turned out that I had R100 and R110 on the RF board swapped,
resulting in low voltages for the NE602 (U11). The High-end voltages
were close to 3v, rather than the 5v published in the back of the
manual.

This solved the problem listed below, as well as really improved RX
gain.
