I was on for much of the contest with my K2/100 switching between a
dipole and a 3/4 wave vertical. I heard no European, African, or Asian
stations at all, even though I heard a lot of Carribean stations
working Europe. We too had lots of sporadic E into the East cost of the
US, and lots of F2 into the Carribean, the West Coast of the US, and
South America. ZL6QH had a decent signal for nearly 8 hours -- worked
him Friday night on CW and Sunday afternoon on SSB.
