[Elecraft] K2 PLL calibration

Thanks to Michael AB9GV for starting me on the digital path!

My problem still exists - the PLL range test by tapping band + and band - 
only results in a half second frequency shift.  Also, PLL calibration will not 
run.

V. at U5 pin 7 is 2.57 VDC and then shifts to 4.08 with band + and then down 
to 1 volt when tapping band - but only for a half second. 

I did not yet check pin 1 of U6 as I can't get to it until I take the case 
apart.  

However, I suspect that I messed up construction of the "little board" 
inserted in place of RP3.  This is because I get nothing at c100 on the side next to 
D16 and D17 (can't get to the other lead from the top)  - which probably 
means nothing at pin 1 of U6.

Would someone who has made this change please check resistances with the rig 
off and voltages with the rig on - at the 8 pins of the little circuit board?  
 I would appreciate this data.  thanks,
