[Elecraft] K2/KPA100 - Various in output

Hello
I have various int the output on mye K2/kpa100 when i send a carrier to 
dummy load or antenna.
In qrp mode the variations is about 0,7 -1 watt ( flagring up and down )
In qro mode the various is from 2-3 watt  to  8 -9 watts ( up and down ).
When i have the PA conected the output various about 30 -  80 /100 watt...
I need some tips where to look,  to find the reason for this failure.
