[Elecraft] Neat little switching power supply

I've got a Toshiba laptop and the 15V, 5A PSU with that has the model 
number PA3083U. I can't hear any hash from it. I haven't tried using it 
to power my K2. Off-load, I measure the voltage as 15.4V. I wonder what 
that would do to the K2?

full-power key-down into a dummy load gives a reading on the display of 
14.1V and 2.5A with a good clean tone.  I paid $20 plus shipping for it.
