Well, my guess would be:

That says the electret is the same in the MH2 and MD2 mics.
Step 6 on KSB2 errata rev C-5 says
Page 18, Table 2: If you plan to use an Elecraft MH2 microphone, follow =
the instructions supplied with the
mic. The mic kit includes 8 small jumper blocks for configuring the =
Front Panel mic header, as well as a 5.6-k
resistor for providing bias to the mic element. The resistor must be =
soldered between pins 1 and 6 of the header
after the 8 jumper blocks have been installed. NOTE: Do not disassemble =
the MH2 microphone, as it may be
difficult to reassemble it correctly. If the unit appears to be =
defective, return it to Elecraft for replacement.
Of course, the K2 was supplied with a 10 K resistor....
So, my vote is 5.6 K between pin 1 and 6 of the header, but I don't
like the idea of soldering it there.
