[Elecraft] KBS2 Capacitor Height

Hi Fernando,

Here is what I did...

I straighten but the 103 caps. I am assuming that the 1/8" (3mm) is from 
the board to the component bottom. Since the 103 caps are much harder to 
straighten, I just kept them as close to the board that I could.  I did 
not see any issues. The KBS2 board tested out just fine, but I still 
have not put a mic on the rig yet.
