I have a little to add about this as I do use the B&W stainless steel version 
of their 160-10 mtr dipole.  I have been very pleased with it's performance. 
Mine is set up in an inverted vee configuration with the apex at about 48 
feet and fed with LMR-400. In the 2002 CW Sweepstakes I had an OK score with 
my K2 of:

I didn't have a chance to enter this year as I was very sick with the flu. 
Although this kind of score isn't one for the record books, it does indicate 
that the antenna is not at fault and is doing a FB job.
