[Elecraft] KAT2 Problem

Finally got the correct voltage following suggestions here and in the 
archives.  Something weird seems to be going on with C55.

With the shaft slot parallel to the short edge of the board and the 
solder blob pointed at the adjacent short edge, I get more than enough 
voltage.  At the opposite position (solder blob pointed at opposite 
short edge) I get 0.7 volts.  Unfortunately it's at this point where I 
obtain the null.  I also noticed that the null doesn't seem to be 
stable.

I also removed the LC board and jumpered J4-3 and J5-14 to see if the 
LC board was causing the problem.  No change.  Redid T1 yet again.  No 
change.

Any more ideas?  I hate to have to send it off but I'm getting real 
close to that point.  I need it working before I go back to YS.
