[Elecraft] K2 Battery Life?

I find the internal battery very useful. It stops the K2 moving around 
when I push a button. I rarely run the radio off it, though, so I don't 
know what I'll do when the time comes (as it soon will) for replacement.

I decided a couple of years ago that care and feeding of that internal 
battery was not worth the effort, and removed it.  And now my K2 is a 
K2/100 (use K1 and now KX1 for qrp portable, so it is academic.
