[Elecraft] Orion added to Elecraft rig RX comparison page

Hi Toby,

The Orion numbers Ten-Tec quotes on their web site are what they were claiming 
from their lab tests on the Orion, versus the final ARRL review numbers. They 
will probably change their posted numbers now that the ARRL review is out, 
since this is the standard for comparison.

We try to only post ARRL tested numbers on our comparison page to eliminate 
any question of bias. We certainly do not filter our numbers :-)
