[Elecraft] KAT2 Problem

T1 was correct but I pulled it and rewound it yet again.  Windings were=20=

not shorted together.  Leads were tinned good.  Even yanked lead 3 to=20
make sure there was no short when mounted on the board.  Still acts the=20=

same.
