Sorry for the confusion, Sander. The Rev B manual says:

"...C45, 68 pF (68 or 680), LS 0.2. Be sure that you do not
confuse this capacitor with C56, also 68 pF but with 0.1" lead spacing,
that has not been installed yet. Note: C45 may be a much larger disc
type, which would not fit in the location for C56. But if both are =
small,
you'll need to go by the lead spacing."=20

I can see how, when you get a set of caps like that, it can raise a
question.

The blue caps are nominally 0.1" lead spacing. However, the actual lead
spacing where they exit the epoxy is often much wider and it varies a =
lot.
To hit the 0.1" spacing automatic machinery requires, the leads are =
crimped,
forming the little loops in the leads just below the body.=20

Use the blue cap for C56 and carefully form the leads as needed to fit =
the
holes. Slight chipping of he epoxy is not a problem and won't hurt the =
cap,
but don't tug on them harder than necessary. (I've not disassembled one =
of
these, but I understand they are simple surface-mount caps with leads
soldered to the terminals and the whole thing dipped in epoxy. SMC =
terminals
are not designed to take a lot of punishment, so if the lead comes loose =
in
the epoxy it would be easy to ruin the cap by pulling on it).=20

The larger disc ceramic should be used at C45

-----Original Message-----

I have received the following capacitors for C 45 and C56. =20

One is a Disk type cap, with legs coming out straight at the bottom, =
the
other is a small blue one, similar to C3, C5, the 103 and 104 ones. The
difference should be in the leg spacing, and the blue cap's legs is =
slightly
further apart than the disk. But all the other blue caps are similar to
this one, and their spacing is given as 0.1, not 0.2. So, does it =
matter
which is which? And if so, which is which?

Thanks
