[Elecraft] (OT) Sending CQ WW contest logs

Hi,

1. I'm a bit confused with the following paragraph 
I've found in the CQ WW contest rules:

11. QRPp and Low Power stations 
must indicate their category on their
summary sheets and state the actual
maximum power output used, with a
signed declaration.
=================================

I don't know how to proceed. I planned to send my log via
the e-mail, but it seems that I'll have to send them the
signed summary sheet via the snail mail. I'd like if I can just
fax them the summary sheet - it's much faster and cheaper.


2. Paragraph 5 of contest rules says:

Be sure to put the STATION
CALLSIGN and the MODE in the
"Subject:" line of each message.
=================================

I'm not sure about the MODE part. I was working QRP on 40m only.
I think I should use abbreviation SOSB, but I don't know how to
format the rest (40m QRP).


I'd appreciate any help.
